This app is operated by Michael McDermott (Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS 184065) of NEXA Lending LLC (NMLS 1660690). It is a public calculator and contact tool — not a login product and not a place we store your loan file.

What stays on your device

Affordability, payment, listing, refinance, cash-out, and HELOC numbers you type are used in your browser to show an estimate. This app does not create an account for you and does not save those numbers on a server we control.

What you choose to send Michael

Referral details and mortgage-statement photos are sent only if you tap Email, Text, or Share. They go to mmcdermott@nexalending.com or (602) 694-5279 through your own mail, messages, or share sheet. Statement photos are not stored in this app.

Third-party sites we send you to

• Apply / pre-approval opens Bevri, a third-party application portal. Their privacy policy applies once you leave this app.
• HELOC apply opens Axen Mortgage. Their privacy policy applies on that site.
• Talk to Michael opens Calendly to book a time.
• Market averages are pulled from Mortgage News Daily as a daily guide — not a quote.
• Listing lookup uses public assessor and map data to estimate taxes and check USDA location.
• NMLS Consumer Access and the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending are government sites we link for licensing and complaints.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this app to run a hard credit pull. A credit pull happens only if you apply with Bevri or Axen and authorize it there.
